Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.
Because every order is prepared individually, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment, depending on the selected texture and length.
Our hair is sourced directly from donors in remote regions and carefully prepared to preserve its authenticity. Rather than mass-producing inventory, we prioritize quality over quantity. This additional preparation time allows us to provide genuine Raw Hair that meets our highest standards.
Please note that certain destinations, products, or large orders may require additional processing or shipping time. If this applies to your order, you will be notified during checkout or by email.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your destination country and the value of your order.
These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not controlled by PURE RAW HAIR. As they vary from country to country, we are unable to estimate them in advance.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to learn about any applicable fees.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery whenever possible. This allows the shipping carrier's insurance process to begin.
Please also contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement once the damaged package has been returned.
Shipping Delays
While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date due to reasons other than force majeure or circumstances caused by the customer, you may request the cancellation of your order in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
