PURE RAW HAIR offers 100% human Raw Hair sourced from single donors in Southeast Asia. With intact, perfectly aligned cuticles, our hair delivers a natural look, exceptional durability, and minimal shedding. Our Kinky Straight and Kinky Curl textures are created from Single Donor Raw Hair using a steam-only process, preserving the hair's natural quality and integrity.
Can hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Thanks to their healthy, unprocessed fiber, our hair can be colored and bleached up to platinum blonde (613). However, we recommend having all chemical services performed by a professional to help preserve the hair's quality.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our 100% Raw Hair can be reused for 5+ years while maintaining its softness, natural shine, and exceptional quality.*
How many bundles are needed?
We generally recommend:
- 12"–18" → 3 bundles
- 20"–24" → 3 bundles
- 26" and longer → 4 bundles for a fuller look
For wigs:
- 180% density → approximately 2.5 bundles
- 200% density → approximately 3 bundles
- 300% density → approximately 4 bundles
Is the hair shedding or tangling?
A small amount of shedding is normal with all human hair extensions. Our Raw Hair is carefully selected to help minimize shedding and tangling. Proper care is essential to preserve its quality and longevity.
Can hair be straightened or curled?
Yes, absolutely. All PURE RAW HAIR textures are heat-friendly and can be styled with flat irons, curling irons, or blow dryers. We always recommend using a heat protectant to help preserve the hair's quality.
Will every bundle be exactly the same?
No. Because Raw Hair comes from single donors, each bundle naturally has slight variations in texture, color, and movement. These natural differences are a sign of its authenticity and 100% natural origin.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in installments?
Installment payment options may be available depending on your country of residence and eligibility.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order enters processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Why is my order marked as "Unfulfilled"?
"Unfulfilled" simply means your order is currently being prepared. At PURE RAW HAIR, every order is carefully prepared, and some products are sourced specifically for each order to meet our quality standards.
Our processing time is 5–7 business days before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Some Raw Hair textures and longer lengths are rarer and may require additional sourcing time to meet our quality standards.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional import fees vary depending on your country's regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.
Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, PURE RAW HAIR products can only be returned if they are new, unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with the security seals intact. All return requests must comply with our Return Policy.
Which products are eligible for return?
Only products that are unopened, unworn, unwashed, undyed, unstyled, unaltered, and that have not been personalized or custom-made are eligible for return. For example, products made according to your choices (cap size, personalization, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How long will it take for me to get a refund?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
