At PURE RAW HAIR LLC, customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the authenticity of raw human hair extensions, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds on used products
• Refunds on opened products
• Refunds on customized or altered items

By completing a purchase with PURE RAW HAIR LLC, you agree to these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• The wrong item
• A damaged product
• An incomplete order

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the original packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect product selection
• Texture preference
• Improper maintenance or installation
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs delays or import fees
• Refused deliveries
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Because raw hair is sourced from individual donors, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern are natural and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders immediately enter processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Chargebacks

PURE RAW HAIR LLC actively monitors and disputes fraudulent chargebacks.

Customers who file false chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases and subject to further investigation.

Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
