At PURE RAW HAIR, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality standards. Because we specialize in authentic raw human hair sourced from single donors, certain textures and lengths may require additional preparation time before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Orders placed during launches, holidays, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
- Rare textures and extra-long lengths may take longer to prepare due to limited availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local delivery services.
PURE RAW HAIR LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
PURE RAW HAIR LLC is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, or unpaid import fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this timeframe, orders immediately enter processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
PURE RAW HAIR LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Delivery issues caused by incomplete shipping information
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, PURE RAW HAIR LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Our team will always do our best to assist you throughout the process.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests for opened, used, worn, altered, or customized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
PURE RAW HAIR LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or dispute chargebacks in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
All orders are subject to verification before shipment.
